Basf announced it would raise the price of its mining chemicals worldwide, including the Alclar, Magnafloc, Rheomax, LIX, Lupromin, Alamine and Aliquat labels, starting December 20. In response to soaring costs for raw materials, transportation and energy, prices for some of these products have risen by as much as 35 percent. These increases are necessary to continue to deliver a high level of products and services to BASF Mining Solutions' customers.
