UV ABSORBER UV P is a kind of Benzotriazole light stabilizer. UVP is used in a large amount in such products. and one of the representative products, it was industrialized as early as the 1950s, due to its large consumption, wide source of raw materials, low price and complicated industry, Technological transformation will create benefits for enterprises, and there have been continuous research reports on this product for half a century. 

This product is Pale yellow or colorless powder compound, soluble in many solvents, but less soluble in water. UVP isn’t damaged by strong acid or alkali, but soluble in alkali. And it can effectively absorb UV light with wavelength of 270-380nm. It has excellent heat and light resistance, suitable for Polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polycarbonate, ABS resin, epoxy resin, polyamide, cellulose resin, etc. Especially in hard polyvinyl chloride resin containing tin and lead heat stabilizers, and in low-temperature cured polyester, the light stabilizing effect is particularly remarkable. The general dosage is 0.1%-3%. The following is a brief introduction of our products UVP.

FEATURE AND APPLICATION

●JADEWIN UVP is a highly efficient UV absorber for 290-400nm that has an efficient photostabilization effect-converting ultraviolet rays into heat by photochemistry.

●JADEWIN UVP provides UV protection for most polymers and is recommended for polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyester and acrylic resins, vinyl and vinyl / acrylic polymers, polyurethane, polycarbonate and fiber esters.

●JADEWIN UVP has good thermal stability and can be used in high temperature processing plastics such as polycarbonate under normal processing conditions.

●In outdoor products, it can be used with phenolic antioxidants and phosphite antioxidants.

●Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight.
