EFFECT OF WHITE CARBON BLACK ON THE PROPERTIES OF ACRYLATE RUBBER COMPOSITES

Abstract:

Different  amounts  of  white  carbon  black  added  to  ACM/hindered  phenol  (AO-80)  to  study the  effects  of  the amount  of  white  carbon  black  on  the  vulcanization  properties,  physical  and  mechanical  properties,  aging properties  and  damping  properties  of  the  composites.  The  results  show  that  white  carbon black can greatly improve the mechanical properties of ACM/AO-80 composites. After the addition of white carbon black, the effective damping temperature range (tanδ≥ 0.3) is effectively broadened. The composite is still able to maintain excellent mechanical properties after aging.
