●JADEWIN 699 is an amino-functionalized organosilane coupling agent whose molecular structure contains both alkoxy groups capable of reacting with inorganic materials (glass, metals, fillers, etc.) and amino functional groups capable of reacting with or being compatible with organic resins (epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, etc.).
●JADEWIN 699 improves the dispersion of inorganic fillers in polymer systems and reduces system viscosity; it also enhances the mechanical strength and interfacial stability of composite materials.
●JADEWIN 699 significantly improves the adhesion, water resistance, and corrosion resistance of coatings and adhesives on inorganic substrates. It is a pale yellow, transparent liquid with high solids content and stable performance.
●JADEWIN 699 can be used in coatings and adhesives—including epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic systems—as an adhesion promoter to enhance bonding strength to glass, metals, and ceramics. Composites: Glass fiber/mineral filler-reinforced plastics and rubber; improves interfacial bonding and enhances mechanical properties. Plastic/Rubber Modification: Surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers; improves filler dispersion, reduces system viscosity, and enhances processability. Surface Treatment: Pretreatment of metal and glass substrates to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of subsequent coatings.
