JADEWIN AN 1135 is a liquid antioxidant based on advanced site-barrier phenol technology, designed for the long-term stable performance of polymers and elastomeric materials. With its unique liquid properties and efficient antioxidant capacity, it is widely used in PVC, ABS, PE, synthetic fibers, wax products, oil and grease products as well as rubber elastomers (e.g. SBR, BR, NBR), making it an ideal choice in the field of anti-aging of industrial materials.

It is a fluid liquid at room temperature, which is easy to be added directly and dispersed uniformly, significantly improving the production and processing efficiency. The colorless property ensures that the appearance of the material is not affected, especially suitable for the production of transparent or light-colored products.

By capturing free radicals and blocking oxidative chain reaction, antioxidant 1135 can significantly delay the thermal degradation of the material during high temperature processing and use, prolong the service life of the products, and reduce the loss of performance caused by aging.

For outdoor applications (e.g. automotive parts, building materials, outdoor packaging, etc.), antioxidant 1135 can be synergistically used with benzotriazole UV absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) to build a triple protection system of “antioxidant, UV and light aging resistance”, which can comprehensively withstand light, humidity and heat and other environmental challenges.
